look them up on line, then go from there...but there is a cosmetologists board...that is who you should file a complaint with...they can revoke the salons license...or rather the licenses of the stylists. That is why I said State Board...for Cosmetology. Then walk it to them with the BBB. Good Luck

To file a complaint you must visit the local BBB office or you can call them for a form to mail in.

Get their number out of the phone book and call them..
They will probably ask you to send them your complaint in
letter form....
