She probably is better off to be in jail. At least she is not with her so called, boyfriend.

Do her a favor & leave her in jail until her hearing & find out what the charges are. She will learn a lot in a county facility & so will you. Sorry, but I have been in similar circumstances & without jail & seeing how the other half lives, I would have continued repeating my past & getting into trouble with the poor choices I made in men & how I reacted to them. She will be fine & she'll learn some self-control in jail...I guarantee it!

try finding a bondsman or simple try to look for loop holes in the whole case and reason that she is in there for. or simpley there may be much more add'd to it that you don't know about. some jails allow you to use a credit card or send a cashier check or money order in to get the person out of jail.

Call the non emergency police phone number for the town where she is in Georgia and ask one of the deputies who the reliable bail bondsmen are. You could also try calling a reputable bondsman in your area and asking for a recommendation.

I would find out what county jail she is supposedly in. You will probably have to call the sheriff of that county to determine her charges and bail... It sounds like you might be getting scammed.

Try the Legal Services Corporation or a similar state-level agency.

You don't need help....you need to let your daughter and her boyfriend grow up and solve their own problems. The last thing their dysfunctional relationship needs is a mother getting involved. You can feel bad for her but she put herself there and she's the one who needs to deal with it. Don't be co-dependent and support he inappropriate behavior. As difficult as it may be to stay out of it---it's the best thing you can do for her.

shes 18, you cant be helping her all the time, she needs to learn to be responsible. if shes in jail, its most likely her own fault and some ppl just have to learn the hard way. she needs to know she cant run to mommy when something goes wrong.

do a load of fundrasiers, car wash, yardsales, anything that earns you good money. And also get a better job like an accountant or something, my babysitter is an accountant and she gets almost 1000 dollars a week.
