Is god some form of infinite intelligence? Is god love? Is god a person? Is god simply the universe and everything and ever expanding and love and music and feelings and stars and the sun and things we never thought of and willpower? Are we all part of god? Did you name your god? is god you? your highest most divine self? Midnight and moonbeams and shadows? Magical forests inside yourself? dreams and hopes and wants? What is god to you?

"God" is whatever each individual defines it to be. As an atheist, god for me is an imaginary concept invented by ancient humans for a variety of purposes ranging from emotional comfort and moral reinforcement to a justification for authority and atrocities.

I think the very fact that no two people seem to have exactly the same concept of what god is, is a pretty darned strong indicator of its origins within the human imagination. But hey, that's just me.

God is an existence that permeates the universe. He rules as part of the Triumvirate, The Hairy Thunderer, the Invisible Pink Unicorn, and the Flying Spaghetti monster.

Satan slapped Dio. "Get freaking serious", the serpent said.

"Hey, I did not call him 'The Cosmic Muffin', Dio said.

"Just...Get...Serious..." Satan said.

Permeating being. Infinite intelligence. And no, I never gave it a name.

Mammals have mothers, and mothers are the goddess. Then things get complicated and mixed up, and goddesses become gods, and gods are confused with fathers, and gods morph into One and three and plural and One, and the definition of God becomes fuzzy.
