If you are already a very petite, small framed person, will it be less?

I have morning sickness for about 4 months each time I'm pregnant, so I lose weight first and then start gaining in the 2nd trimester.

Being petite does not determine the amount of weight you'll gain. It mostly has to do with what you eat and how much, what your metabolism is and also just depends on the baby. I say this because with my three pregnancies I eat pretty much the same way and my activity level is the same, but my weight gain for them all has been different - 21 pounds, 30 pounds and with this one, 25 pounds.

So you never really know!

I am 6 months pregnant and you still cannot tell b/c I haven't gained any weight. Since Ive been pregnant I've lost instead. I am about 5'3 and weight 121. With my first child I gained alot of weight really quickly so I guess what they say about each pregnancy being different really is true. Good luck with the pregnancy.
