no it isn't but only if you only start building it. I wouldn't join a political arty yet or anything like that. you need to be a bit more mature to definately know what is right for you. I wouldn't make a decision too fast

It's never too young. As long as your political opinion is informed, think whatever you like at whatever age. Just be ready to stand up for it.
