If you had an abortion and the doc says your uterius is damaged then you may never be able to have children. You need to clairfy this with your doctor asap.

it means some where during the procedure to abort there was trauma or damage to your uterus , enough damage that you will not have a baby in the future .
also i would like to point out your question is confusing , i am honestly unsure what exactly you are asking . it is worded as you havent had a cycle and you are wondering if that is a sign of damage , , , , or the doctor is stating your uterus is damaged .

He probably botched the abortion and there are scars on the uteris and now you probably won't be able to have children in the future and will probably have other problems as well. Was the abortion really worth it? Killing of any children isn't worth it to me...

Ok, let me get this straight! First off you got pregnant decided you don't want a child had an abortion and now NOW are worried about having your uterus healthy enough to have a child......whoa! You should have thought about this before you spread your legs my dear! Deal with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
