I want to hang hockey pennants on my wall and I need suggestions on how to make it look good-not a cheap job.

Actually, it would look better if you hung them from the celing like they do in the arena. Run a fishing line from wall to wall about 1/2 inch below the celing. Run the line through the piping at the flagstaff of the banner. You can hang it in the middle of the room or just a few inches away from the wall, but it looks better for them to hang than just sticking them on the wall.

Nail a bunch of different style hockey sticks in the shape of a frame to your wall. Fill the frame with your penants using push tacks. Hang old hockey items, like gloves, helmets, skates, etc. on the sticks. I did that once when I was a kid. It looked kewl.

I used pennants as a border around the ceiling in my sons room. It looked really good - just keep it tight and straight and use staples.......
