Never heard that before. I would believe it to mean that you are a snobbish Ghetto person. Not necessarily a buppie, however could have alot to do with status.

Its pretty bad. Snobs usually come from the upper class. There should be no class in the ghetto. So-you really are out of place.
It is a slam-big time.
