Never, they have no intention of ever leaving Iraq. Even if and when they get the pipelines completed, there will still be a US precence to protect and admister them.

This will be as dragged on as in Vietnam where we ended up losing more then we bargained for.
My answer would be when Bush is out of office. Then, the next person (hopefully) would get our troops out and ban anyone from any of those surronded countries not to come to the U.S. And, check to make sure that they do not try to sneak in via Canada or South America or any other country. To be on the safe side.

Considering we haven't been able to train their military very well for the past two or three years...maybe never. It takes an American 8 weeks of basic training but apparently it takes an Iraqi 3 years.

Hopefully when those people have a stable government, but at this rate and the way our gov is doning it, it could take about 10-25 years and all be for nothing.
