Could you be more specific? What exactly about the tampon is troubling her? If there's a pain issue, maybe a trip to the OB/GYN is in order.
And why is she sharing all this with you? Maybe her mother or one of her girl friends...

I'm gonna go ahead take a stab at it, she is dating you, you can't spell maybe she can't read. Have an adult possibly show her the correct way to use tampons. Just a thought.
