Should I tell my dad I broke my glasses? Need help answering.

Dont worry about it. I am sure it was an accident. You have to tell him because you need them.

ALWAYS - always- be open and honest with your parents and anyone else you come into contact with. Your very essence as a person is predicated on your character and character is who you are when no one is looking - get it? If you can't tell your Dad the truth - who can you tell? Think about it - if you need to wear them - he is going to find out anyway - don't play around with this - your vision is important. Obviously, you didn't just take the glasses and break them on purpose. Tell him. If you went to a reliable and notable vision care establishment - they may have even offered insurance to replace or repair - Tell him. And then you do everything in your power to be careful next time. When you are not wearing your glasses- place them in the case. Or, if you are pulling them on and off - purchase an eyeglass chain which hangs comfortably from your neck.

u have 2 tell him cuz u need the glasses to see im sure it was an accident so if he gets mad or whatever offer to pay him back for the new pair of glasses

The way I see it you don't really have a choise you have to tell him... lt's not like you can wear broken glasses....lol
It happened to me too when l was younger and l was waiting for dinner with my family and after dinner l told him that when everyone were still together this way he was serounded by a lot of ppl and couldn't be to angry cause he usually much more relaxed after dinner....

You won't be able to see well if you don't. if you wait you may get into more trouble. You will only be hurting yourself if you don't tell him so that you can get a new pair.

I think you should cause if you don't he will find out and he will be even madder i know this from experience

just tell him...he'll find out anyway. offer to pay the next pair with your own money.
