Take a warm washcloth and wipe out their mouth and tounge, do this 3-4 times a day.

Baby Orajel tooth and gum cleaner....dab a little bit on your finger or on a gum toothbrush designed for newborns and infants. This is what I do and my little girl loves it. I think that it feels good on her gums as she's cutting two more teeth.

origel makes baby "mouthpaste" that comes with a knubby finger "brush". My son loves it, and I love him not having yucky milk crust in his mouth. The origel comes in a pink box and you can get it at walmart

It doesn't need cleaning so don't worry until the teeth come through.

i was told give the baby warm water for drinking , get a warm wash clothes and softly rub it on there tongue.

quick wipe with a *fresh* gauze pad, if you feel the need. Isn't really needed til they have teeth, though, I don't think...

wipe it out with a moist washcloth and oragel has a tooth cleaner without flouride i used it with my girls and they loved it when they were teething

cotton wool balls, not cloths or wipes. Just cotton wool and warm water
