hey i have been having this killing cramp and sleepless nights for about three days and discharge more than usaul is this syntoms of a period or am i just losing it?

Its your period. I get cramps a few days before mine.. even sometimes an hour before mine. i think of it as a warning telling me its going to come that day or soon. and then it doesnt come as a surprise when it does

If it continues, see your doctor. Could be nothing, could be something. I'm betting on endometriosis. I used to take anaprox for it. Anaprox is now Alive. Worked great. So does Pamprin.

usually if ur getting cramps its because of your period and the fact that your body is changing

You might be pregnant, thats how I found out, went to the hospital for my cramps.

it could be your period, or you might have an infection. if the pain gets worse or if you want to be on the safe side, see your doctor

IT'S YOUR PERIOD BUT WITH THE DISCHARGE YOU MIGHT WANT TO GO TO THE DOCTOR.

it sounds like one of my periods. take some midol and wear pads for a while and you'll be okay.
