Only way I can think of is to have a TV tuner installed in your PC. You'll need an S-Video to RCA adapter so you can hook the PS2 to the TV tuner.

The PS2 Linux kit came with a special cable to connect the PS2 to a computer monitor, but the kit was sold out long ago and I don't think they sell the cable on its own.

yes you can you need to buy a tv out connect pc card then
connect your audio /display cable's from the ps2 two the tv out connect card that is in your pc as i have a ps2 on my pc you can even connect your tv to the tv out connect card on your pc the same way as you do with a ps2

you could connect your PS2 to your monitor but it wouldn't be the same and you would have to have your computer on but not connected to the Screen. its a difficult processes to explain but yeah just buy a crappy $19 TV

you can do get an adapter from rca to S-Video and then run that to your monitor, but it will look worse than on a TV

all you need is a tv tuner card with a video input.
check geforce, they have gud graphics cards and tv tuner cards
