Question on inbreeding?

So royalty used to do this for what? To keep the blood line pure, keep the wealth and royalty status? That's pretty sick, anyway, why don't people that believe in a superior race do this anymore?

I am aware that royalty used to do this...but I am also aware that it caused many physical deformities as well as mental illnesses among the offspring. Instead of it keeping the bloodline pure, it seems like it just kind of 'doubles up' the flaws. I think it's not done anymore for exactly my above stated reasons.

Maybe because those that believe in such a master race or superior race, often are not relatives. Most are a group of men and well.... they can have all the sex they want but it wont help their cause. Even if you do have a group it would take maybe 100 years for the breed or race to actually make somewhat of an impact. Oh and why do people say that inbreeding causes deformity in children?? Have they witnessed it first hand? Or did they experiment themselves with it on other family members?? I know alot of people over the years that still practice incest and a few that have done inbreeding as well. Their kids seem normal and healthy to me. no. Royalty married royalty from other families and countries.

People still believe in a superior race, but only because the evidence is right in front of us.

like she said above the risk of genetic defects are greater when inbreeding. Look at Henry VIII. This risk is reduced when the genes of the parents are different.

Because oftentimes children come out deformed or mentally impaired through inbreeding.
