At the end of Dan Brown's "Deception Point" there is a code:
1-V-116-44-11-89-44-46-L-51-130-19-118-L-32-118-116-130-28-116-32-44-133-U-130
Does anyone know where I can find out what this means, or does anyone already know what it means? I think it might have something to do with the codes in "Digital Fortress" but I haven't read it yet, so if it does, just let me know.

Yes, it does have to do with Digital Fortress. If you can solve the Digital Fortress code, you can solve this one. The numbers correspond to the first letter of the chapter (ie: if the number was 9, you'd go to chapter 9 and take the first letter). Letters actually represent letters and nothing more (A = A). After you've gotten all the letters, stack them in a 4x4 grid going left to right, top to bottom. For Digital Fortress, you end up with:

WECG
EWHY
AAIO
RTNU

If you read down and transcribe the letters, you get: "We are watching you." Try this same technique for Deception Point (or read on for the answer...) Note that the grid will not always be 4x4, but sometimes 5x5 or 6x6....

TVCIR
HIOLF
ENDLA
DCESC
AIWUE

And you get: The Davinci Code Will Surface.

If you go to his website, there's yet more codes to break. Have fun!
