Yes I have noticed...and it's WAY to many....we have a population problem in this country and people are still pooping out kids left and right...the government needs to pass a law where you can't have more than 2 kids...

If you're talking about teens, yes!
Why would any teen voluntarily want to put themselves through that?
Not to mention the burden on their families, the taxpayers, etc..
