Why not ask Willie's survivors--his family and his very close friends?
If he died in a hospital, the hospital should know which funeral director picked him up. You might also try calling the funeral homes near where Willie lived, or the churches he or his family may have attended. The local newspapers may have run funeral notices. See if the local cemetaries have been contacted.
