I come off the gas but Im still seeing spies
Aching to get me
I can see them all through a glassy pair of eyes
Aching to get me
De sades gonna live in my mouth tonight
La, da, da, da, da
And the rotten tooth fairy is satisfied
La, da, da, da, da
Aching to get me, get me oh ...(i should have posted this with it, but only just found it) song: alice cooper.

The Marquis Donatien Alphonse Francois de Sade was born into an old aristocratic family in 1740. His career in the service of the French Crown was frequently interrupted by sentences of imprisonment for debauchery, sodomy, and flagellation. He wrote many 16 novels and plays, which some regard as pornography, others as literature. Like most French aristocrats, he was sentenced to death during 'the Terror' of 1793, but escaped the guillotine due to an administrative oversight. He spent the years 1801-1814 (the year of his death) confined to Charenton lunatic asylum near Paris. His admirers call him 'le divin Marquis' (the divine Marquis). A strange choice of adjective?

I guess that poor Alice has just had some dental work done and is dreading the inevitable pain which will ensue when the anaesthetic has worn off - pain like that which the infamous Marquis de Sade was reputed to enjoy inflicting. Interesting lyrics! ( Come back, Andrew ~Lloyd Webber - all is forgiven!)

Yep, like mad has said, he means that the Marquis de Sade will be living in his mouth. Not literally, of course, but he will be suffering pain as if a sadist had him in a dentist chair.... reminds me of the film "Marathon Man".... "Is it safe?"
