Emotional injury is the worst. When you plan to do it, it is even worse. If affects you physically and psychologically for years to come, the others dont have that impact. It is the only thing I have ever regretted doing in my life.

The worst injury I can think of is giving someone a bloody nose (by accident.... he was annoying me and he wouldn't take no for an answer, so... I meant to hit him, but not to give him a bloody nose. Never got into trouble for it, though.)

I got into a fight one time. Two guys jumped me. One ran away after I threw him around a bit, but the other kept coming. I put him in a headlock and threw him to the ground. I was aiming for the grass, but i misaimed and he ended up smashing his head on the sidewalk. Had a huge red mark on his head ever since.
