No! I don't think so
The wall is about 5 meters wide and mostly has the same brownish-grey colour as the surrounding landscape. If you want to see this from the ISS, which is not really in outer space but in a very close orbit of about 350 km, it would be the same as if you have to recognize a (very long) human hair (~0.12 mm) from a distance of ~8½ m on a similar colored uneven surface.
You can try that, I don't come even close to seeing it (ok, I'm a little bit shortsighted, but still...), so I agree with everyone who says the Great Wall can't be seen.
I have tried to find the wall on Google Earth and as I've been on the real Wall, I knew where to look for it, but I didn't find anything that convinced me, that I actually see the wall and not a river or sth else.

The Great Wall of China _cannot_ be seen from outerspace, or even from the moon. One astronaut said he could barely see it as a very, very thin line from low orbit. But that doesn't really count as outer, outer space.

You are correct. It would appear as a thin line, about like a wide highway. It would be no more visible than any number of wide highways all over the world, except for the possibility of it casting a long shadow near sunrise and sunset.

Define outer space? From shuttle orbit, it can't be seen. Many objects can be seen from low earth orbit nowadays.

No you can't. I heard somewhere that it's not true and that you can't see any man-made structures from outerspace.
