Do you think the war on drugs has any effect? If they were legal it would eliminate a lot of crime, provide tax money and we could know who's doing them.

We should not make them legal, but for non-violent offenders, the penalties should be less. When I see someone go to jail for years for a few joints, and a rapist or child molester not go to jail at all or only for a few months, that makes me angry.

I'm all for de-crimilization of drugs but most drugs shouldn't be leaglized. Rememeber that once the governement legalizes something, it's immediatey taxed and the price on the street will go too high and cause problems.

MOST DEFINITELY! THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT STOP THE USE OF DRUGS AND THEY WONT! ITS MAJOR MONEY MAKER! AND ONLY THE HIGHER UP BIG MONEY/ALONG WITH GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ALLOW THE DRUGS TO FLOW INTO AMERIKKKA! HOWEVER AS IN AMSTERDAM IT SHOULD BE LEGAL AND DESIGNATED! AS WELL AS TAXED
