Dont worry about it. Its human nature to wonder.
If your experiencing pains or anything like that, go to the er or get a doctor immediately. If not, its just your imagination probably and it can deifnetly wait one day for your hospital appointment.
Good luck and congratulations!

everything is probably just fine. just because you haven't had any morning sickness doesn't mean anything I never got morning sickness and I have 2 beautiful healthy children. now if you were cramping really bad and bleeding or even just spotting that would be reasons for concern with the welfare of your precious unborn child and I would seek medical attention asap otherwise its probably just nerves. the excitement of becoming a mom and the nervousness of everything it brings.
I hope this helps and puts you more at ease. I am sure everything will be just fine and in about 30 more weeks you will be the proud mom of a beautiful baby and a new adventure in your life will begin.

I am absoulutely NO expert in pergnancy, but I've heard this advice several times, especially regarding medicine... if your gut tells you something's wrong, listen to it! As soon as you see the doctor tomorrow, ask them to do a full check up of the baby.
However, if the "weird feeling" you're describing is just a "weird" feeling and not a "gut feeling" then listen to the others. They know more than I do.

If you think something is wrong go to the er and they will listen for the heart beat for you and lots of people don't even get morning sickness or you could be like me I didn't get any until about the 4th month and than had it the rest of the pregnancy

if you've made it 10 weeks I'M SURE everything is alright! you don't have to have morning sickness when pregnant. i never had morning sickness for my first child... just the other three. there's nothing you personally can do to check on the health of your baby... only an ultrasound can check anything right now... don't stress yourself out, THAT will not be good for the baby!

Unless something is physically going wrong try not to worry. It is a very anxious time and your going to worry a lot. Ask any questiong at your check tomorrow and put your mind at ease.
Morning sickness can come and go - just be glad today was an off day!

Sometimes people worry about things which are nothing to worry about. I had 4 babies, and never had morning sickness with any of them. I'm sure everything is just fine. You're doctor will be able to tell you for sure. If you aren't having cramping or bleeding, I'm sure there is nothing to worry about.

all I can tell you is to just go to your appt. and see. Have you taken a home pregnancy test? Really though just because you haven't had any morning sickness that doesn't mean anything. Have you had breast tenderness/swelling? That is a definite sign. I hope everything is OK with you and your baby

My wife and me are expecting our first baby this December she just had her first ultrasound. She did not have any morning sickness either. There is nothing to worry about. Always remember a healthy heart will bring a healthy baby.
Good luck...

Many women never get morning sickness--this doesn't indicate anything so don't worry about it. The only way you can tell if something is wrong is if you are having pain or bleeding.
