Cherry - there are sveral sizes, shapes and materials used for implants. My friends who have them recommend saline implants as safer and more comfortable and natural appearing. Having the implant placed UNDER the muscle results in a more natural shape and pleasing feel. And if you wish to avoid any obvious scars, have the "through the navel" procedure. Finally, if you wish to look more natural, so that the result is neither a balloon nor droopy, then ask for the "teardrop" shape - these are more expensive but worth it.

This greatly depends upon type, size and location of implant. In all cases they will be a bit firmer than human breast tissue... but then again... human breat tissue 'sags' and implants don't.. so... it's a trade off.
As for the look / feel, again this depends upon the type, size and location. To me it appears that implants that are used to 'over inflate' the breast so the lady and 'jump 2 or more cups sizes' do not look natural nor feel as such.
Hope this helps

I have them and they are completely natural looking and feeling. No one would ever know that I had them done. I went from a small B to a DD and it still looks 100% natural. It all depends on what plastic surgeon you go to. Remember that you get what you pay for and you might want to spend a little more in this area to ensure that the job is right because there are many MANY women who have terrible boob jobs and they are hard, get infection or just just look wrong. I personally LOVE mine and I would never go back so just research research research and find a doctor that works for you! Good luck...

Silicone is liquid gel. It's not the implants themselves that are hard, it's the scar tissue that develops around them, because it sometimes contracts too tightly and makes the breasts feel overly firm. HTH : )

Well I've never felt a pair but I've felt the silicone implants they use and they are quite hard. For instance if you lay down, your boobs stay in exactly the same position and don't really move if they are fake...

if you're dead-set on having bionic boobs, go for saline implants...they reportedly don't have some of the problems that are attendant to silicone implants, and they supposedly have the most natural feel.

I think it depends how much breast tissue you have to begin with.
If you are nothing but a breasttplate, then you will have a harder, rounder result. But if you already have some boobs (maybe they are sagging), then they will look and feel incredibly real!
Best of luck with your decision!
