now when i go to device manager there are yellow exlamination marks on things. ( Multimedia audio controller, PCI simple communications controller and video controller (vga compatible)) ok so when i click to reinstall the drivers it says drivers not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software.
WHAT IS WRONG? what do i need to do?

u need to find out what kind of soundcard is used in your computer and download appropriate drivers from the website of the vendor and install on the computer

Right tic and un-install the devices there, as well as your sound card and then reboot. This will re-install the drivers for all the devices.

The spekers can be pluged in to the wrong ports. The could not be pluged in at all. Make sure mute is off.
