Is this for some sort of drag car, or something else that won't be subject to emissions inspections? Or a swap into an older car?

If so, you'll need an aftermarket manifold and carb, and to modify the fuel system so it delivers fuel at a much lower pressure. An older car will probably need an electric fuel pump - I'm not sure the LT1 will still have provisions for a mechanical pump.
