In my opinion what Mel Gibson said was out of line and disrespectful but what is worse is that HE WAS DRIVING DRUNK and all we hear about is that he made some anti-semtic slur words.

This world scares me sometime our priorities are stuck on stupid people as opposed to stupid acts.

As much as I disagree with what Mel did. I kind of think it is grounding to think that he is human and he makes mistakes too, no matter how big or small. People seem to think you should always be on your best behavior for the whole world because your famous. Thanks to Mel for showing us he is human too!

Both were very bad because they showed the true nature of the man. He has no respect for the lives of others because he could have killed someone and he is a bigot. Both are evil acts.

I heard that he was driving drunk...was stopped & verbally abused the cop. He should go to jail for at least one of the offences, but hopefully both. His head is too big for his hate from what I read...

The situation itself was bad, but drunk driving, he could killed or hurt someone or himself.

The media is the problem, imo. they are forever focused on someone's mistakes, but he did complicate his situation by creating another issue.
