Mmmm, delicious pecan pie. I love this because it has items from all kinds of food groups. For example, the crust is made of flour, butter, and lard, so that covers the grain, dairy, and artery-cloggin-fat group. The toasty pecans faithfully represent the Nuts food group. And what could be better ambassadors of the Empty Carb food group than the white sugar, brown sugar, molasses, and Alaga or corn syrup that make the ambrosia that is the filling?
Pecan Pecan Pecan Pie Pie Pie. Easy to make, easier to eat. I want to eat some Pecan Pie right now.
With real Whipped Cream (43% fat) on top.

I agree with you! There is just no other pie an the world that can touch a good Key Lime Pie!!!! With just enough sour to make your jaws feel like they are going to lock up just before the sweetness takes over and tells you to take another bite! YUMMMMY!!!!!

I make this fresh strawberry pie. Using homegrown summer strawberries and real whipped cream OMG its so good it'll make you CRY. That is the pie I want tucked into my casket with me

pumpkin pie is my absolute favorite, especially with some cool whip on top, i could eat it any time of the year, not just thanksgiving! and it's not too bad for you compared to pecan pie.
