Is it possable for you guys to have a mind of your own? Do you NEED to follow the crowed in order to be liked?( dating, sex, etc.) I have been reading your questions, I can't believe that teens these days don't know anything about sex or how a woman gets pregnant. Did you guys skip sex ed? A lot of you girls are "afraid" to tell your parents because you are pregnant. Because they will be mad or upset. Well, if you know that they would be upset about you being pregnant, then why on earth would you be having sex? Any time you have sex, protected or not there is always a chance you can get pregnant! And I have been reading about you girls that have started your period and are afraid to tell your Mom. Why??? She went through the same thing. Why are teens so afraid or don't want to talk to your parents?? Is the world going to end if you do?? That is what they are there for. I graduated 14 years ago from High school & I was educated about sex & could talk to my parents with out a problem.

What's up with that? Please go to school. Pay attention in your classes. Don't do something like drugs, sex or dating because if you don't you won't be liked. Be your own person. Listen to you parents, they know what is best for you. Talk to them and trust them.

I was well liked in school and had my own mind. I was on the cheerleading squad. I never did drugs or drank. I did what my parents told me too. And when I got married 11 years later I was still a virgin on my wedding night. I had a lot of friends girls and guys that did the same thing.

I am 33 years old now. I am married with a 3 year old boy and another baby on the way, due in Dec.
I was 28 years old when I got married and still a virgin. I respect my self and my body. And I love and respect my friends and parents.

I believe there is no need for you guys to have sex. Don't you respect your bodies?? Nothing is wrong with just holding hands and kissing. And doing nothing else.

I graduated in 1992. Kids did drugs, drank and had sex ( not much of it happened in my high school. I came from a very small high school. 400 kids in the whole high school- 92 in my graduating class.) Yet, they didn't have a problem talking to their parents.

Ah, yes, so by generalizing all teenagers you are so much more intelligent? Right. You tell us to "be our own person" and then preach that everyone should do what you do. Do you see a contradiction here? Because I sure as hell do. I don't plan on listening to my parents anytime soon, I'd rather not grow up to be a narrow-minded bigot. You need to get your facts straight before you start posting bullshit. Grouping all teenagers into the same category just shows how ignorant you are. If you plan on giving out any advice, you'd better figure out the situation with everyone you start preaching to.

I think it's unfair to generalize everyone like that. I'm a very smart person, in school and just about life. I tell my parents (or at least my mom) everything. Everyone says it's silly to be so cautious and tell your parents about your life, since it's not "cool." Well, I really don't care about that. I am my own person, and no one is going to change that.

Just so you know, not every teen or child is the way you think they are.

speak the truth!! sometimes i wonder if they are just being a bunch smart-asses, or if it's real. haven't you heard there a news blog goin around to have sex?? i guess the people with common sense didn't know. girls just let themselves at guys, and most guys don't live up to the responsibility of being a father; they just "disappear". half of the girls online hear posting these questions will end up on the maury show cause they don't know their baby-daddies. my generation is becoming way too vulnerable.
