how can i have the cleared file again?

Hi,I m having a real problem here,I chatted with my best friend and after we said goodbye i was about to save our talking so without closing the chat window i sign out and the chat window disapear,signing in again,i didnt find the file i wanted,plz tell me is there anyway that i can have the file again ?

ps: I changed my yahoo messenger settings and i know the disapearance was becuz of the setting but how can i have the file again?!!!(plz help me ...)

I am sorry but you cannot have the file unless you get it again from your friend,
