Very friendly. They have a reputation for being rude, but I never found that. They're rightly proud of their culture and language and as long as you try to speak even a little French they're very open.

They have a bad reputation from the English because there's a history of war between them, and a bad reputation from the US because G.W.Bush and his cronies used them as a distraction while invading Iraq, but I personally I don't let Bush make my decisions for me.

French people is the worst people i have ever met, they are soberbs, and if you dont speak french (perfect pronunciation) they dont understand and they dont help you.
In Paris you can see dogs every where, including in the restaurants sitting next to their owners....
The architecture and history is wonderful, the Eiffel tower is wonderful, the museums, the streets are amazing, but people is not friendly....

everyone whos been to france that i know of have said that they are the most ignorant people they have ever met. with one friend even refused a drink because he couldnt speak french.

It all depends what you are looking for, as with any other countries or peoples. You will easily find great people there, as well as the not so great. Likewise the country may be beautiful or not depending on your mentality and with what eyes you perceive it with. To generalize would only show ignorance.
