No do to it's low mag cap and slow rate of fire I would suggest getting a M90 NBB gas.

alright, a few things.
A: if you want to kill someone, get a real magnum, if you want to have fun with friends, get an airsoft.
B: spring guns are not as great as some of these people are saying, you need to pull the slide back for every shot. in a standard spring airsoft gun youve got about 15 shots. so thats 15 times that youre going to pull that slide back. too much time wasted and not enough power, and most of them are cheaply made (spring guns that is).
C: id get a co2 m9. I live up in new england so it gets cold here in the winter. green gas freezes up in the cold and makes your gun useless, co2 still works in the snow (ive done it before). also, most co2 pistols have a larger mag, my mag holds 38 rounds as opposed to 15 or so. the 12 gram powerlets last about 80 shots or so. i get 300+ fps. the hfc m190 that i got ran me 150 in an army navy store, it was the full metal version.
D: you know what those gas containers look like right ? try carrying one with you in your pocket or on the field... co2 all the way.
in closing, dont get a magnum or a revolver, go for something that takes a pistol mag as opposed to shells. dont get a springer, get an AEP or a co2, or a gas.

I've owned over 100 guns in my life so far - and I do not bother buying online because my local gunsmith has always been able to find me things through his contacts for allot less. Why you would want to buy a gun online when you get no warranty, no returns, etc - and - never know what the shipping, insurance or dealer transfer costs will be - makes no fricken sense to me. The seller usually hands the gun to his FFL and then it gets shipped to your FFL. If you dont have a friend with a FFL that will transfer it to you for free, then I sure hope you enjoy bending over the barrel. Some charge $50 to do the paperwork, but, I have them charge as much as $150 for 'high maintenance' people. You need to find a FFL - places like Buds, Cabellas, etc usually never take online auction guns or private transfers. Check the yellow pages for gunshops and start calling them - be sure to ask how much they charge.

Any 357 is a good gun to buy - so long as you know what to do with it.

I'm not familiar with the airsoft version, but if it is modled after a real 357, then it is a big heavy pistol. Nice for looks, but not for effectivness. The best airsoft weapon would be light, compact, and fast firing.
