They have to do either with high school, comedy , romance or magical girl. Since this is my friends first time watching an anime I am trying to find her something of her liking. She already saw three and they were Fruits Basket, Da Capo, and Ouran Host Club. Please help me and my friend.

I am absolutely obsessed with Fullmetal Alchemist. Some good movie animes that everyone seems to love are "Spirited Away" "Princess Mononoke" and "Howls Moving Castle" (all by the same director). Awesome movies, and awesome show. But there are soooo many awesome animes out there that I'm sure you could easily find something that would interest both of you!

Most definetly fruits basket, dears, FMA, Inuyasha, Eureka 7, BigO, Apple Seed the movie, FF7 advent children the movie, Samurai deeper Kyo, Dragonball series, Flcl, and Evangelion.

Your friend might like Spirited Away or u might try getting your friend an animae cartoon comic or book(Orphen is a good one). Oh yea I almost forgot about the Inyuasha movies. They have to with highschool, comedy, romance and magical girl. S-Cry-Ed is one of my favorite animae shows.

Inuyasha, Rurouni Kenshin, Fushigi Yugi, Princess Mononoke, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind,. Gundam Seed is not in those catagories but it is really good and I think she would like it.

as far as high school comedy goes . . I really recomend either Ranma 1/2 ... and GTO (Great teacher Onizuka (sp?))
Ranma 1/2 is a little strange to follow, but its hillarious once you get into it - its about a boy who has a curse that he turns into a girl when cold water is put on him .. I know it sounds strange, but give it a chance .. its one of the classic animes out there
GTO is just plain funny. its about a teacher and his students. and all the pranks they play on him.
