White eyeliner is absolutely great!! Every girl should have a stick of white eyeliner. Apply it on the skin above the bottom lashes. This makes your eyes pop and look bigger. This is a great touch for the days you feel and look tired (especially for at school or at work), just apply the white eyeliner and you will look more awake and alert.

How you would put normal eyeliner: down below are some websites with directions how 2's!
TIP: A dark eye-liner highlights the shape of your eyes and deepens the look. Softly line with eyeliner pencil, draw a thin line along lashes next to roots. For a dramatic look, lightly dot color along the lower lashes. For softness, line can be smudged with fingertip or Q-tip.
Directions:
1. Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.
2. Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.
3. Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.
4. Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.
5. Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.
6. Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.
7. If you used a brush or a pencil, soften the look by gently smudging the line with your brush, a cotton swab or your finger.
8. Line the lower lids. Moving from the outside edge inward, draw a line on the outer two-thirds of the lid or more, depending on the look you're going for. Your line should be slightly thicker at the outside corner, becoming thinner as it moves in toward your nose. Using your brush or pencil, lightly stroke the area. If using a liquid liner, apply it in one smooth stroke. Apply less color so your eyes don't appear raccoonlike. BEST SITE ON DIRECTIONS: on applying certain or kinds of eyeliner!

white eyeliner usually i used it at the inner corner of my eye at the tip. To create a bigger dimension of the eye. Also as the bottom eye liner. then apply your mascara. Eyes will look big.

same way as you would with other eyeliner colors.
unless your albino, i really really dont recommend white as a color used for eyeliner. itll make you look scary. try a brown, soft black if u hav light colored skin.
itll look much better than white.

I use it on the inside of my lower lid, it brightens the eye. The Sephora brand one is soft and works well, also inexpesive. Sometimes I use it on my upper lid close to lashes and then brush a bit of silver shadow on.

If you have ever worn any other color do it the same way. If you haven't you can line your lid across close to the lashes in a think line
