First, stay out of the sun. If you must go out, ALWAYS wear sunscreen.

Second, get in the habit of moisturizing your skin before going to bed.

Third, drink lots of water. Water hydrates your skin, which keeps it smoother.

Fourth, take a good multivitamin every day. Making sure that your body has all the vitamins and minerals it needs allows your body to keep itself in top condition.

Fifth, get enough sleep every night. Sleep time is renewal time for your body and mind.

If acne is a problem, give Proactive a try. Buy it through HSN or QVC. If you don't like it, you can return it in 30 days. This way you are only out shipping costs. If you don't want to go the Proactive route, try using witch hazel --- it's effective for many people.

Best wishes for you, Honey.

There are a lot f products. First, before you take a shower you can apply honey and sugar on your body and do a massage. This not only works to exfoliate but also to leave your skin really smooth. Second, cream and sugar, and last bath scrub.

What i do is use the Palmers COcoa butter lotion in the tiel bottle. It has the Alpha nad beta acids, it helps with wrinkles, and it keeps your skin from getting acne. It also helps with marks. I have 1 half a tube of that, pour in a quarter of baby lotion, and then a quarter of baby oil. You can use Johnsons or the cheap kind. I have been doing it for 3 months and I always get compliments. My guy can't keep his hands offand when my girlfriends touch my arm or anything they are amazed!

In the shower use a rich body wash, i like Olay body wash plus Creme Ribbons. Follow that by a body scrub to get rid of dead and dry skin cells, i use Warming Body scrub: Island Hot Spot (bath and body works, its in a blue tube). Then shave with a new razor! Lastly, slather skin with a moisturizing lotion right when you get out of the shower when your skin is still moist...dry off of course. Aveeno and jergens are good lotions to try. Good luck!

At Merle Norman stores they have a new Aha Body Scrub that i found to work really well. And the face cleanser worked nicly too.(just keep it out of your eyes, it hurts really, really, bad : ))

Or at Bath and Body Works in their True Blue line they have I'm In the Mood For a Scrub. I liked that stuff.

i have to have good skin for modeling... so this is what i do every night...

i soak a washcloth with REALLY hot water.. wring it out.. and put it on my face for 30 seconds... it really opens up your pores!
then, i use neutrogena's acne mask for about 15 minutes. it works really well!
then, i use neutrogena's deep clean invigorating pads.. its in like a bluish package.. they're a cleanser and exfoliator all in one! they work soooo well! i love them!
then, i use biore oil-free moisturizer.. it smells good too.
if you have any pimples.. use zapzyt cream.. works like a charm! your pimple will be gone the next morning!

i've tried many things, and this is a routine i'm sticking to! my skin is looking better then ever!
best of luck!

Research different exfoliaters and find the right one for your skin type. Also always use a moisturizer. One with sunscreen is especially beneficial.
