My roommate just moved in about a month ago. Now he's trying to evict me. I didn't invite him, he just moved in. He's always telling me i'm a bad roommate. I tell him he didn't have to eat the food I left on the porch. DAMN CAT!! Do I need a lawyer?

Oh, just ignore his catty remarks, he's just looking for purrrrfect peace and quiet. It sounds like he's an independent loner and likes his space, which you seem to be occupying. Besides, that "spade" business had his sad "tale" in a knot. Watch out for his girlfriends though, don't fall for their "fee" line and don't let them get their claws into you and break your heart. Scratch the lawyer for now.

If things get too hairy just have your neighbor (you know, the Viet Nam Vet?) needle him a bit.

Hope this helps with the adjustment period between roommates.

Ok first of all you are being performed, he has no rights. Secondly if he's taking pics and so on it is an invasion of privateness relying wherein on the planet you're. He has no rights get a few significant men percent up his stuff and whilst he comes again you'll introduce your new apartment buddies. This men unhealthy information. Get close of him irrespective of observe. He has no agreement with you, you can not be in breach. Also anticipate a transfer for coins he wishes you to pay for his subsequent position, this man has manipulate freak written in all places him. Sorry however you rather have got to get hard earlier than it will get worse and it'll. The police on this example will probably be powerless to transport him out so forget about that recommendation he is damaged no crook legislation, the police up preserve the regulation whilst crook regulation has been damaged, it is a home. If I learn it proper he made a go at you, sexual harassment will probably be up held specifically if this freak rather has mounted cameras. You would have him eliminated on that foundation and after which have a injunction issued to give up him from getting withing say 2 hundred yards. I hate to mention it however he is been making plans this from the begin, that is why he requested for the receipts. Check his historical past if you'll one million I do not suppose he's who he claims to be and a couple of he has performed this earlier than. I absolutely worry for you with this. Where are you from? Put a few further main points beneath or ship me a P.M. If I can support I will. Something tells me your going to wish the entire support you'll get that is heading closer to a nightmare with him in manipulate. Stay in contact I desire to understand how this pans out. P.S LMFAO HE HAS NO RIGHT WHAT SO EVER IN ANY COUNTRY TO DICTATE WHO STAYS IN YOUR APARTMENT! HE'S PLAYING YOU.

Put your roommate in a burlap bag and tie a brick to it then take him swimming.

He'll appreciate it and I'm sure he'll thank you later.

oops, almost forgot to answer the original question - no you won't need a lawyer :-)

additional thought - the dog is trying to get you to kill your neighbor and your cat wants you evicted, hhmmmmm, sounds like a conspiracy to me. I think these two are in cahoots to get rid of you.

he can only evict you if he is the landlord. If he isnt on the lease, then tech he is trespassing once you ask him to leave. If you call the cops on him, and they see he isnt on the lease they will take him to jail, seriously
