Can a locksmith cut a tubular key blank for me or will I have to get a new key from the (Harley) dealer? Thanks.

Any good locksmith can if they have the proper size blank. With the number off the key, any Harley dealer will order you one from the factory.

Call a locksmith and ask him. He might need a key blank to do the job. A Harley dealer should be able to sell you one.

You have to contact the mfg. with a key number and purchse a duplicate.
