i have been active too. Forgot to add that small detail. My period is abnormal and never comes around the same time. I'm not no birth control (but need to be) so I don't know what to think.

I have ALWAYS had a regular period since I got my period at 14 (7 years ago). Last month I had 3 periods in one month. My doctor did alot of tests and said it was because of stress. (I was very stressed that month, very!)

It's amazing what stress can do to the female body. Go to the doctors and ask him to do some tests if you're really concerned. Make sure you are clear about having a pregnancy test too. All the bets. :D

The first question is: Are you using birth control? If not then there is a possibility you are pregnant. Don't wait too long to have a pregnancy test. Follow up with your Dr. I think also if you have a fear of becoming pregnant, you should seriously think of going on some form of birth control. Lots of luck!

The exact same thing happened to a friend of mine. She stressed so much about the possibility she could be pregnant that her period stopped. Get a pregnancy test and you'll soon see it was nothing.

Well your best solution right now (for peace of mind) is to do a home pregancy test.

Every woman, a couple times in her life time deal with irregular periods. It could be stress it could be a number of things. First and foremost do the test...if that is negative...wait a couple of days and re-test yourself (most test come with 2). If that test is also negative...make an appointment to see your OB/GYN.

Good Luck.

something similar happened to me in june too. but i was really stressed from working so much. so if you were super stressed around that time then it could be that. also, try to remember the last time you had sex. take a pregnancy test just to be sure. but your period can go off "cycle" when your stressed.

Getting your period at earlier times, not when expected etc. could be due to ALOT of things. One or example, stress. If you stress over something alot & causes your body to react & you'll get your period.. doesnt matter if you just had it or if you havent had it for awhile. Sometimes periods are irregular but if your afraid you might be pregnant, simply go out and get a preg. test && just calm down.. you'd be surprised..

i hope i helped.!

Well your periods are very close together like every 2 weeks. Well try a pregnancy test. if your younger and dont want too it could always just be stress.

Stress can do amazing things to the body. If you're worried about being pregnant, it doesn't hurt to take a pregnancy test so just do it, they are cheap.

Your body takes forever getting on a rountine cycle. Several factors are reasons why you may have received it twice and not again since. I wouldn't assume pregnancy right off the bat. But you're best bet is to check out the DOC

Sounds like you may have had a miscarriage. If I were you, I would go to the doctor just in case, however, you probably have nothing to worry about. Most girls have miscarriages and don't even know it for their first pregnancy. The miscarriage happens so soon it is like another period.
