Infinity is not a number; it is a cardinality, a size.
Since infinity is not a number it does not have a square root.
However, all finite cardinalities ARE numbers, and infinity often pops up in a mathematical context where you might be expecting a number. So, while it is not meaningful to ask "what is the square root of infinity?", there are other similar questions that are meaningful. You could, for example, ask "What is the limit of the square root of x as x approaches infinity?"
lim √x = ?
x→∞
The answer to this question is that the limit diverges to infinity. This is not the same thing as saying (incorrectly) that √∞ = ∞, but I can understand why someone might mistakenly believe it is.

Infinity is not a number but an information. It inform that a variable is increasing and will never stop. If it is infinity positive, then the square root of the variable is infinity because it will be increasing too... without stop.

The answer is infinity. Any fraction or multiple of infinity is infinity also. Yes, this may seem strange, but its true and causes some rather embarrassing paradoxes.
Suppose you have an empty bottle that can hold an infinite amount of objects. You also have an infinite amount of marbles each numbered 1 to infinity. In 60 seconds you put all the infinite number of marbles into the infinitely empty jar. Because you canceled out the infinities, the jar is now full.
Now lets say that during that 60 second period, you removed 10% of all the marbles in the jar every 10 seconds. Because 10% of infinity is still infinity, you have removed an infinite amount of marbles from the jar. But if you remember, you have also added an infinite amount of marbles to the jar.
Your infinitely empty jar is BOTH infinitely full AND infinitely empty at the end of the 60 second period. A very stranger paradox.

That is simple. The square root of infinity is infinity. Infinity is just an arbitrary large number.
