If you've been trying for 8 years and haven't succeeded, I don't think that new sexual positions will work. You need to see a fertility specialist.
First, the specialist will have your man checked out. (They start with the man because it's easy to do.) Once that's done that's done they'll start testing you.
If you want to keep trying a bit more before seeing the specialist, buy some ovulation test kits. Figure out when you ovulate, and make sure that you have sex according to the charts in the kit. After he ejaculates, put a pillow under your buttocks to elevate the vaginal opening, so that the semen will flow into you. Stay like that for as long as you can stand it.

They say that "doggie style" is a definite boy....but I just have to think of sex and get pregnant....so I guess it just depends on the person.
Good Luck and Have Fun Trying!! Its the best part!! Enjoy, cause after your little bundle of joy arrives....it'll be a while before it happens again.

If you've been trying for 8 years with no luck your problems go well beyond your position. You and you spouse should both have checkups. You with your OBGYN and him with a urologist to see what's going on down there.
