Because for the last twenty years US history has not been taught in public schools. Average students today cannot tell you how world war II began and ended yet they are all subjected to a complete month of 'black' history. Students can't explain the meaning of the declaration of independence, but are taught that our country invaded Vietnam at the cost of 50,000 American soldiers. History text books are quick to point out the multi national make-up of the US but fail to realize that this country has a culture of it's very own; a culture of hard work, great rewards freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom to own land and above all, the RIGHT to protect our country and way of life. This sometimes means America fights for our protection in other lands in order to prevent warring on our own. History, all US history, which includes the bad as well as the good, should be taught and cherished for it shapes us all.

Americans have forgotten how to mind their own business. Americans have forgotten what peace means America has forgotten that every time they cause a war, they bring the displaced peoples into the US causing economic upheaval for the legal and already present il-legals residing there.
Every time the American government starts worrying about the amount of "aliens" residing in their country you know its because they plan on bringing more in. On the up-side, it must mean the war in Iraq is almost over and they plan on bringing in displaced people from the middle east. I am not saying I agree or disagree but if the Americans remember to mind their own business, they wouldn't have to worry about how many people they had.

The great men that founded our country did so with the help of GOD. Is it not so that they created the greatest constitution and the various levels of government to create the most awesome country in the world of course with the help of GOD? We were the only superpower, but not anymore. I think GOD is starting to turn his head on our great country. We will go down if we dont go back to our roots.
