definitely yusuke because he is a better fighter and he is much faster and smarter than inuyasha, not to mention if he knows the spirit wave technique which could work against inuyasha's tetsiega, and if inuyasha went into his demon form yusuke could just go into his ancestor demon mode. Not to mention yusuke has more techniques and tricks then inuyasha and yusuke knows how to think on his feet when he fights.

Definitely Yusuke. First of all, he's much more disciplined. Even though he tends to be quick to the punch (pun slightly intended :D), Genkai really did a fantastic job of teaching him to channel his energy. Inuyasha never really had anyone to help him do that. (Sorry, but Totosai doesn't count.) Also, the Spirit Wave technique would melt Tessaiga like fire melts candle wax. And even if Tessaiga survived, Inuyasha surely would not on his own. Yusuke's powers were specifically designed to fight demons, and a hanyou especially wouldn't have a chance.

I like them both but I'll have to say Urameshi would win.Cuz of his spirit gun and if Inuyasha uses wind scar Urameshi will just doge it.
