I have a swimming party 2nite and im wearing a bikini and im have a little bit of a tummy. should i do cruches? go running? what!?>
I NEED HELP PLEASE. (thank u)

okay... do crunches like you've never done them before! 5 sets of 150 in a row.. no pain, no gain! haha i had do to that every day for my modeling. drink LOTS of water!! it drains something [lol idk what it is] out, and makes you skinnier. eat a small salad for lunch.. and then take a little break cuz if you excersize right after you eat, you'll get sick... go for a half hour run around a track or in your neighborhood. also.. just while you're walking or doing something, hold in your stomach at all times!

Drink 3 Gallons of water or 3 milk bottles full of water. Run around the block and Drink as much water as possible.Good Luck.

get a self tanner...lotion or towellets
careful to exfoliate cause you don't want an uneven tan
a tan makes you look thinner
and, actually, don't drink too much water in the next 4 hours, cause doing so that fast can cause you to become bloated

all i got to say is you cant loose wait in 3 and a half hours but the only thing you can do is suck in your tummy and dont make it look like your doing it

do lots and lots of sit up, go 4 a jog, and drink TONS of water. (the water gets rid of salt retaning stuff and it actually makes u skinnier.) eat really lite. like a salad or something. good luck, i hope u have fun!

Here's an easy exercise: Suck in your gut and hold it. Seriously! Try to hold it as long as you can but continue to breathe (some people hold their breath -- DUH!!! You need air!) Keep doing it as many times as you can and for as long as you can. It gets easier over time, and eventually your gut will "pull in."

don't eat too much t'ill then. do some crunches and.. yeah. thats about it. not too many fluids. it helps.

try to excersixe as much as possible just drink water dont push your self to much!!!!!!
