This is a sign that you have a serious liver disorder. Get to a doctor immediately. You could die!! My brother-in-law had this and almost died.
GET TO A DOCTOR. You may already have permanent liver damage; but if you don't, get help and DO NOT drink or take acetominophen EVER again.

RE:
Spitting up blood after drink of alcohol?
I noticed that everytime I have a drink now - not much just say 2 cans of lager - after a few hours I spit up fresh blood. The next morning though I spit up blood which is stale as it's much darker.
I know for a fact that this is not caused by my gums bleeding because I have had this checked...

I work in youth offending with alcoholic or at least heavy drinking lads. This is a common symptom and directly drink related. It seems to stop when they get locked up away from alcohol and start again when they go back to the drink.
I would stop drinking for a while if you can, get a doc to check you out too. Doesn`t realy need a genius to work out somethings not going well does it?

I'm not a medical person, but I do know a fair amount about medicine. And my first guess would be that you have a (stomach) ulcer.
As the others have said, you should definitely ask a doctor about this symptom, because it can lead to something serious if it isn't treated.

I had that for years til I had the sense to get checked out by the doctors. Turns out I was alergic to Beer/Hops.
Could also be a number of other things but see a doctor fella. It is a sign you need to get it sorted!

Well, it could be from ulcers. Either from your esophagus or your stomach.
Obviously don't drink and go see your doctor.
