I did that recently when I went on vacation in Wyoming, because it was very chilly in the mornings and evenings, and warm in the afternoon. I could just take off the sweatshirt when it was warm. Sure, it's not a real fashionista look, but sometimes it's all about comfort.

Heck yeah! There's nothing cozier than a sweatshirt at just the right temperature.

I wear a sweat shirt in the colder months but not with shorts...

Sure, especially in the evening in late summer. My arms get cold alot easier than my legs, that's why.

Yep, my arms get cold easier than my legs. I do it all the time. But I don't go as far as socks with sandals.

Yeah, on the beach, cause your shoulders get a little chilly, but you still want to be able to walk alone the beach, and get your bottom wet........:)
