Oh god yes, if your computer can handle it you should definatly upgrade...I am a big fan of Microsoft, but ME was a quick hybrid of Windows NT 2000 and the popular 98...It is by far the most unstable and poorly constructed operating system out there.

You need to list information like processor speed, amount of memory and hard drive size before we can answer.
(But if your PC is capable of running XP, it is better than ME. However do NOT do the upgrade. Keeps to many settings from ME and does not run well. Format and install XP)

yea sure Xp is far better operating system. It's world's best operating system i didn't said it People said it who've used it. Microsoft reached that sucess after release of Xp didn't mean before they weren't but Xp made them more famous use it. Expereince Xp it's very good Vista will be released soon i'm waiting for windows Vista.

No, if you do, you would have to upgrade many more things, memory, video card..etc. It would be cheaper to buy a new computer, with xp already on it. Plus you will not be sure if everything will work with xp. You can get a decent computer, for under $300.00 now days>>click it>>>

Yes of course! why is say this is, you will have a lot of enhances facilities such as Hardware drives, Multimedia Functions, Easy access, Advanced Securty features + A lot more. Also i must say when getting Win XP, .make sure you get the Service Pack 2 As it is the most secured version to connect to the internet. Ofcourse, because the Microsoft isn't supporting ME anymore; but if you can, wait till X-mass & get Vista which will be really cool, even better than XP.

well some computer progams require me or xp me is fine but when you want tp use a program that rewquires xp u shoukld upgrade

depends. if you are currently not having any problems and all the programs you need are running fine on ME then just keep it. If you need newer programs or features then upgrade.
