Happily for you, there are a lot of universities in London.

The most prestigious universities in London are University College London, Imperial College London, and the London School of Economics.

If you're looking beyond London itself, also consider Oxford and Cambridge, because...come on. If you don't know these schools...you should.

As for "easiest" or "worst"? I usually only care about the finest or best, sorry.

Are you at university now? If so, contact your international/national exchange office. They can help you find the appropriate placement.

Do it. It's completely worth it!

Easiest: london school of economics and political science
All you do in that place is party, pop ecstacy and get plenty of nookie (slang for sex in UK) from long haired louts then go back to your country and become the president COOL!

Hardest: Imperial college London, you've got to know a lot of science to get in there and you get to dissect cadavers (dead people) Now I bet you're squimish.

Have a look at Roehampton University. It's very friendly to overseas students. Its not the hardest either but very flexible in the courses you study.
