Can I transfer my alliance character from an RP server to a PvP server in WoW and how?

I have a paladin on Feathermoon that I want to move to Detheroc.... is this possible?

There are transfers aviable for a small fee, I think. Check the WoW website for more details. I'm pretty sure that option opened up a month or so ago.
