hard to eplain... i will try.. ok.. you start out normal with the shoelace in the top two holes going into the shoe.. k.. then you bring one lace up in the second hole on the same side as it came out.. then the other lace in the third hole on the same side it came out...

so like bring lace end 1 and put it up through hole 1 and bring lace end 2 and put it up through hole 2.... then bring laces straight across and put down into hole

and continue like that and when you get to the end just tie in a knot so the shoe is loose enough to slip on and tuck the laces in side the shoe.. wow that is hard to explain

i'll try my best....
start at the end of one lace, at the bottom of the shoe, where you would normally start lacing
tug it so that the plastic doo-dad on the lace is on the immediate underside of the one hole
then go across to the other side, so that the lace lays flat on the outside of the two holes.
make sure you go around the inside of the tongue, so that what your're doing on the inside of the shoe is not visible
then continue this pattern, side to side, coming across to the next hole on the inside of the shoe
it'll kinda look like a flattened slinky....circular all the way to the top
