Well you can wear nose-plugs in which you could find just about anywhere prefferbly sports stores such as ****'s sporting goods and other stores.Try blowing water out of your nose as well.Thats what I do and it helps!

In some cases, water does go in your nose. Usually, the combination of your nose hair, and the surface tension of the water keeps it out. It helps if you breath out through your nose as well.

Hold your breathe and don't breath or hold your nose going under water then let go when your underwater.

what you need to do is breath out your nose when you swim. forcing the air to come out and block the nosetrales

You have to learn to let your air out slowly...and try not to breathe through your nose!!

if you go upsidedown underwater my advice is get a mask with a nose protecter or brethe through your nose

plug your nose and then once your under you can un-plug your nose and water won't get in

as a swim instructor and lifeguard, ya gotta blow bubbles outta ur nose!!! (and close your mouth)

blow bubbles underwater and when you need to take a breath, come out from underwater and breathe.
